The company was started by a pharmacist and a chemist with a number of years of experience working for one of the leading pharmaceutical companies in the world. At inception, the company started by producing dermatological products and evolved to add the production of capsules and tablets. The company's strategy is to produce generic drugs that are not dispensed over the counter (OTC) and therefore have higher value addition.
