GSH Group is a French leader in the manufacturing and distribution of small medical devices for general practitioners and nurses. GSH was formed in 2019 from the merger of:
• Spengler, a leading designer and manufacturer of medical diagnosis devices (including aneroid tensiometers, blood pressure monitors, stethoscopes and medical gas…), and
• Holtex, a manufacturer and distributor of small medical equipment (such as furniture, surgical instruments, blood pressures monitors, medical bags, etc…).
The group’s commercial efforts relies both on direct distribution channels (specialist medical stores…) and emerging channels (online sales, telemedicine, etc.).
