Founded in 1959, Fondasol is a consulting firm specialized in geotechnical expertise: study, analysis, geotechnical advice.... The Group is located throughout France with a network of about thirty agencies as well as internationally. The Fondasol Group employs 785 people (including 97 internationally), including 100 drilling investigation teams and 325 engineers with a high level of expertise.
The main purpose of geotechnical studies is to study the soil for the construction of structures (pavilions, buildings, roads, structures...) and in particular the definition of foundations, but also for the diagnosis of damaged structures. They also deal with the phenomena of ground movement (slippage, subsidence and others), deformation (compaction under load) and mechanical resistance.
