Clémence Prach joined AfricInvest Europe in early 2022. Following several internships in financial audit and M&A, Clémence joined the PwC Corporate Finance teams in 2017. She has carried out several divestitures, acquisitions and fundraising transactions in the financial services, business services, energy, TMT and hospitality sectors. She is graduated of Neoma Business School and Université Reims Champagne-Ardenne in Law (double degree).
