Participation of our colleague Farid Benlafdil in New York City Marathon 2019

After Paris and Florence in 2017, Barcelona and Frankfurt in 2018, Seville and Dar Bouazza in 2019, Farid had the chance to finish New York City Marathon 2019 with a pace of 5:19/km. Next challenge: The Marathon des Sables in April 2020. The event is a foot race, with several stages, free style, and with food self-sufficiency over a distance of about 250 Km in 6 days.
