AfricInvest acquires British International Investment's stake in I&M

AfricInvest has acquired a stake in I&M Group, the Eastern African banking group, from British International Investment, the UK’s development finance institution and impact investor. I&M offers financial services to individuals, micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs), and corporates across the region. By leveraging our own expertise and I&M’s robust digital infrastructure, AfricInvest aims to drive further innovation, sustainable growth, and to create lasting positive impact in the financial landscape of East Africa.
