Funds managed by AfricInvest exit their investment in Mansard

AfricInvest, together with DPI, DEG, FMO and PROPARCO, sold 100% of Assur Africa Holding (AAH) to the AXA Group for approximately €198 million. AAH holds a 77% stake in Mansard Insurance Plc, a leading insurance company in Nigeria.
