Sodinco was created in 1999 in Baba Ali (a southern suburb of Algiers). It employs about 150 people and is specialized in home electrical appliances, particularly white goods under the Chinese brand name Haier. The company has developed wide direct and indirect distribution networks and after sales services for air conditioners, washing machines and refrigerators across Algeria. Sodinco is also the Algerian leader in central air conditioning.
