Anis participated in the structuring and execution of several equity transactions in Tunisia and Algeria, both on the investment and divestment sides, in several different industries including Telecom, IT, tourism, health and education. Prior to joining the Group in 2005, Anis worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Tunis between 2001 and 2005, where he headed several audit, consulting and corporate valuation missions. Anis is a chartered accountant and a graduate of the Institut Supérieur de Gestion (ISG) and Institut Supérieur de Comptabilité et d'Administration des Entreprises (ISCAE) Tunisia.
